ReplyDeleteWhen I upgraded my router E5172AS-22 with the upgrade tool "E5172 Upgrade Tool" and after I switch my router off and on, the color of the Power light becomes red and the lights of WLAN & WPS are always on. However, I manage to get into the gateway of my router and tried to update it from the Home page through the option "Update", I get this message "The update failed due to the device is in Equipment Mode. You need to switch it to Normal Mode and try again". Now, I can’t connect to internet. I tried to reset it through its external button but the problem still exists. I hope Huawei Support can resolve this problem. Thanks
